Tessa Virtue is the most decorated female figure skater in Olympic history, with three gold medals and five Olympic medals overall. Alongside her longtime partner Scott Moir, she achieved a historic career that includes three World Championships, multiple national titles, and a rare “Super Slam,” having won every major international competition at both the junior and senior levels. Her performances on the world stage have made her one of Canada’s most celebrated athletes.
Since retiring from competition, Virtue has transitioned into leadership and advisory roles, bringing her experience in high performance to the corporate world. As an executive advisor with Deloitte, she works with senior leaders and organizations to build cultures that enable individuals and teams to thrive. Drawing on her academic background in positive psychology and business, she shares research-backed strategies to support resilience, performance, and long-term success.
Virtue is also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and community impact. She is involved with initiatives including Special Olympics Canada and serves as a leading voice in conversations around performance, wellbeing, and leadership.
